Ahead of an awards show, Phocuswright unveiled the schedule and final speaker project for its flagship event for 2021.

The three-day industry extravaganza will return in person to its usual home on the US East Coast in Hollywood, Florida from Monday, November 15 through Wednesday, November 17.

Once again, travel companies are hiring (if they can!), Posting sales, and serving customers. While the pandemic never really goes away, there is optimism.

A big step towards improvement is to assess our missteps as well as our successes. Is there something broken that needs to be fixed? An old habit that holds us hostage?
